HOUSE CONTENTS

Scope of Cover:
Loss or damage to contents caused by the under noted perils.

Fire, lightning, explosion, riot and strike, malicious damage, earthquake, storm, hall, wind, floods and related perils, damage as a result of bursting water pipes, theft or any attempt thereat, accidental breakage.
Note, theft is restricted to contents whilst in insured’s premises: and theft following forcible and violent entry or exit.

Exception:

Property more specifically insured
Normal depreciation, wear and tear.
Loss or damage to any machine appliance caused by its own mechanical or electrical failure or breakdown.
